The roots of the wine trace back to Genesio Moschetta, who began cultivating small plots of Glera grapes in the hills of San Gallo in the early 20th century. For generations, the family acted strictly as growers, maintaining their historic vineyards and selling the premium harvests to local winemaking cooperatives. 

The 2016 BiancaVigna Brut (Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore) is an organic, single-vintage sparkling wine. It features crisp acidity, aromas of unripe pineapple and Granny Smith apple, and a fine, persistent mousse.

Vinification : Soft pressing, temperature-controlled stainless steel tank fermentation, and secondary charmat method (cuvée close) sparkling process lasting roughly 60 days.
