It's a joy to see a 4yo shiraz being released from one of the country's unsung shiraz regions, Coonawarra. It's a wake-up call, if one was needed, to the excitement that the region and the grape can deliver. A youthful four yo built to last a long time with tight, close-knitted black fruits, high spice and toasted vanilla oak. Coonawarra earth, a mineral clarity of the soil, resides throughout.
