| Tasting Notes | : | The color is bright ruby red. The nose is of red fruit, cherry and blueberry first and foremost, with a nice side of hints of leather, cocoa and a hint of balsamic herbs. The sip is rather fresh, with a very present fruit and a rather pleasant finish with tones of cocoa and spices. Aggressive but manageable tannins, medium persistence. Ultimately, a good starter Barbaresco, excellent for a full-bodied meal. |
