Color: Very pale, salmon-pink, or "rose petal" hue.
Nose: Expressive and intense, with white flowers, fresh red berries, crushed strawberries, morello cherry, and a hint of white pepper.
Palate: Creamy and velvet-textured, yet crisp with high minerality and salinity. Flavors include peach, redcurrant, and lemon, with a hint of white pepper.
Finish: Long, complex, and elegant.
Composition: Primarily Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle.
Production: The 2019 Magnum edition is a "grand cuvée" with 5% barrel fermentation to add complexity and texture.
Creaminess, juicy yellow peach and a hint of strawberry ice cream on the nose, with chalkiness, depth, and a lovely creamy, rich texture on the palate showing fine freshness. |
