Nose: Opens slowly to reveal a captivating, complex perfume of kirsch, wild berries, plums, and Black Forest cake, beautifully layered with fragrant violet, molten licorice, subtle sassafras, clove, and graphite.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a deep, precise structure. The palate bursts with vibrant black and red fruits, perfectly balanced by an incredibly plush, silken texture and a firm backbone of exquisitely fine-grained tannins.
Finish: Exceptionally long and fragrant, ending with a signature, mouthwateringly chalky and mineral finish.
