| Tasting Notes | : | Lamaione is able to express all its power and complexity. It has a very intense and impenetrable ruby red color. On the nose the fruit is ripe plum and cherry. Then the hints of cocoa, rhubarb, licorice and graphite take over. The finish is coffee that alternates with the chocolate-mint combination. The taste is warm, its tannic texture is thick and voluminous, it does not fear combinations even with particularly intense foods. In the gustatory finish, flavors of tobacco peep out alongside the decisive stamp of cocoa. The “ pai ”, intense aromatic persistence, is very long. |
