100% Chardonnay. This white Burgundy is a perfect introduction to Bourgogne: an attractive and accessible profile, very well made with singing white fruits, smooth texture, fruity and mineral, a long finish. The team love it!
Organic farming. Hand harvested, Vines 40 yo, Yields 40hl/ha, 50% destemming, Natural Yeasts Fermentation, MLF, gentle fining and filtration. This cuvee truly blossoms after 2 years aging but can keep well over 5 years. Best served around 12 to 14C. Ideal partner for unctuous dishes, cold or hot, such as fish in sauce, risotto, and poultry in cream. |
