Nose: Highly aromatic featuring dark berries, blackcurrant, and plum, layered with nuances of cedar, clove, roasted espresso, and spring flowers.
Palate: Medium-bodied, fleshy, and layered. Delivers bright acidity, chalky/pliant tannins, and a very harmonious, tangy finish with hints of citrus and spice.
Aging & Drinking: Fermented in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and wood, then aged in French oak (60% new). It is a highly accessible wine that pairs beautifully with roasts and firm cheeses, though it will continue to reward cellaring.
