The main aromas are the gentle fruit aromas of green apple, lime, pear, and quince, mixed with refreshing herbal aromas such as fennel and anise. It has a firm fruitiness with a salty taste, gentle and pure acidity, and a lively and pleasant freshness. It has a refreshing feeling without feeling the thickness of the body due to alcohol (Alc 13 degrees), and the slight bitterness with fruitiness gives it a rich flavor.
