Torre dei Beati is one of Abruzzo's leading artisanal wineries, situated in Loreto Aprutino, where the rolling hills between the Gran Sasso mountains and the Adriatic Sea provide ideal conditions for cultivating indigenous grape varieties. Founded by Fausto Albanesi and Adriana Galasso, the organically certified estate is dedicated to expressing the character of Abruzzo through low-intervention viticulture and sustainable farming. The winery has become particularly renowned for its outstanding expressions of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Pecorino. "Giocheremo con i Fiori" ("We Will Play with the Flowers") celebrates the revival of the native Pecorino grape, highlighting its aromatic complexity, vibrant acidity and distinctive mineral character.

Produced from 100% Pecorino grown on clay-limestone soils at around 300 metres above sea level, the grapes are harvested in several passes to achieve optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by approximately six months of ageing on the fine lees. The result is a dry, medium-bodied white wine that combines ripe fruit with bright acidity, saline minerality and remarkable freshness while preserving the grape's naturally expressive aromatics.

Bright straw yellow with pale golden reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of citrus blossom, white flowers and ripe lemon, complemented by hints of honey, sage, rosemary and lavender. The palate is smooth and textural, balancing vibrant citrus and orchard fruit flavours with lively acidity and pronounced mineral tension. Fresh herbal nuances and a subtle saline character add depth, leading to a long, mouthwatering finish that is both refreshing and persistent.
