Founded in 1823, Alois Lageder is one of Alto Adige's most respected family-owned wineries and a pioneer of sustainable and biodynamic viticulture in Italy. Now led by the sixth generation of the Lageder family, the estate cultivates vineyards across the Dolomite foothills, where Alpine freshness and Mediterranean influences combine to produce wines of exceptional purity and precision. Biodiversity, minimal intervention and careful site selection are central to the winery's philosophy. The Fórra range represents single-vineyard expressions from the estate's finest sites, showcasing both terroir and the ageing potential of distinctive grape varieties such as Manzoni Bianco. " A rich yet vibrant dry white combining the aromatic intensity inherited from Riesling with the texture and elegance of Pinot Bianco. Full-bodied, mineral-driven and capable of developing additional complexity with bottle age. 100% Manzoni Bianco (Incrocio Manzoni). "-- Wine Advocate, Monica Larner
