Trediberri is one of the most exciting modern producers in Barolo, founded in 2007 by Nicola Oberto, his father Federico and family friend Vladimiro Rambaldi. Based in the village of La Morra, the estate takes its name from the historic Berri cru, one of the westernmost vineyards in the Barolo appellation. Farming is carried out sustainably with minimal intervention, while winemaking focuses on transparency, freshness and drinkability rather than extraction or heavy oak. Alongside its acclaimed Barolos, Trediberri has gained a loyal following for its Langhe Nebbiolo, crafted from estate fruit in Berri together with fruit from carefully selected vineyards in Alta Langa and Roero. The wine exemplifies the estate's philosophy of producing pure, vibrant Nebbiolo that is approachable in its youth while remaining unmistakably Piedmontese.

Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this Langhe Nebbiolo is fermented primarily in concrete tanks for around 10–12 days before malolactic fermentation in concrete and stainless steel. The wine is matured entirely in concrete, stainless steel and inert vessels, with no oak ageing, preserving the grape's bright fruit, floral aromatics and mineral character. Medium-bodied with lively acidity and fine tannins, it is intended as a fresh, expressive and highly drinkable interpretation of Nebbiolo.

Bright ruby red in colour with lifted aromas of crushed red cherries, wild strawberries, raspberries and rose petals, complemented by hints of mint, liquorice and sweet spice. The palate is energetic and beautifully defined, offering vibrant red berry fruit supported by fresh acidity, chalky minerality and finely structured tannins. Despite the absence of oak, the wine has impressive depth and precision, finishing long, savoury and floral with remarkable purity. Elegant and approachable, it is an excellent introduction to Trediberri's refined style of Nebbiolo.
