Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot was established in 2008 when renowned Burgundian winemakers Anne Gros of Vosne-Romanée and Jean-Paul Tollot of Domaine Tollot-Beaut in Chorey-lès-Beaune expanded into the Minervois appellation of the Languedoc. Drawn by the region's old-vine Carignan and exceptional limestone-rich terroir, they acquired vineyards around Cazelles and Les Cazelles. Applying Burgundian precision to Mediterranean varieties, the estate has become one of Minervois' leading producers. Their flagship Les Carrétals is sourced primarily from Carignan vines planted in 1909, complemented by Grenache, producing a wine of remarkable concentration, freshness and longevity.
