La Croix de Brully is a boutique Burgundy producer dedicated to crafting limited-production wines from carefully selected vineyard parcels across the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune. The estate is associated with the Peculier family, who have farmed approximately 14 hectares of estate-owned vineyards since 1992. The vineyards are cultivated organically, with an average vine age of around 50 years. Traditional Burgundian winemaking is combined with modern precision, with each parcel vinified separately and matured in French oak for 12–20 months according to the character of the site. The philosophy is to produce terroir-driven wines that offer authenticity, elegance and excellent value in Burgundy. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, Mercurey "La Perrière" is a classic Côte Chalonnaise village wine sourced from limestone- and clay-rich soils. The grapes are traditionally fermented before ageing in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop structure and complexity while preserving the purity of Pinot Noir fruit. Medium-bodied and finely balanced, it combines vibrant red fruit, silky tannins and fresh acidity with the mineral character typical of Mercurey.
