Jeaunaux-Robin is a family-owned grower Champagne estate located in Talus-Saint-Prix in the Petit Morin Valley, approximately 35 kilometres south of Épernay. Founded in 1964 by Michel and Marie-Claude Jeaunaux, the domaine is now managed by Cyril Jeaunaux and his wife Clémence Robin.

The estate comprises around 10 hectares, planted predominantly to Pinot Meunier, alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. What distinguishes Jeaunaux-Robin is its rare terroir of clay-limestone soils interspersed with flint (silex) and millstone (meulière), from which the cuvée takes its name. Certified organic since 2018 and farmed according to biodynamic principles, the domaine relies on indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention and parcel-by-parcel vinification to express the individuality of its vineyards.

Éclats de Meulière Brut Nature is a zero-dosage Champagne blended from 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The wine is fermented primarily in stainless steel (approximately 75%) with the balance in oak barrels, undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and is aged on its lees for 24–36 months before disgorgement. It is bottled without fining, cold stabilisation or filtration, preserving both texture and terroir expression.

Bone dry yet beautifully textured, the wine offers aromas of ripe orchard fruits, preserved citrus, white flowers and toasted brioche, underpinned by smoky flint and chalky minerality. The palate is precise and energetic, with fine persistent mousse, vibrant acidity and a long saline finish. Pinot Meunier provides generosity and fruit, while the absence of dosage allows the mineral character of the Petit Morin terroir to shine.
